The stark realities of poverty and its attendant ills stare at all of us in the face, and they are scary.  Insecurity, etc. There is the need for everyone who can do something to start now.

 

Let me remind us that the outcome of our collective failure to deliberately confront poverty now will have grevious consequences in the future, which may end up haunting our children too, and that, we can't afford.
